After a successful career of more than 12 years in the private sector working with multinationals in Colombia and the US, she made a career shift and moved to the Higher-Education sector.
She is now the Chief Administrative Officer for Academic Affairs for the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University.
