1. What is your educational background, Alexandre?

I went with EF after obtaining my baccalaureate degree. Not knowing exactly what to pursue in my studies, I decided to take a gap year to reflect on my future.

2. Why did you choose to join an EF campus?

Being a bit lost in my career path, it was important for me to make the most of this year of reflection. So, I chose to join an EF campus to improve my English language skills. It was important for me to speak English to give myself every opportunity in my career.

3. Your educational/professional journey after your EF program?

After my 11-month stay in Toronto, I decided to pursue a BTS (Advanced Technician's Certificate) in Managerial Assistance. I was able to complete all the enrollment procedures while being abroad without any difficulties.

4. Your advice for future participants?

I advise all future participants not to form close friendships with people from the same nationality as theirs, even though it may be tempting, as progress is much slower, and you miss out on the opportunity to make friends from all around the world.
